Rehabilitation Counseling

We regret to announce that the program leading to the Master's of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling is no longer accepting new students and will close in 2010.

The Life Care Planning program remains as an option for you to receive training in this specialty. Information on this program can be found at http://lcp.dce.ufl.edu. In addition, also available is the Geriatric Care Management Program which offers a graduate certificate in this specialty. Information on this program can be found at http://gcm.dce.ufl.edu.
For those students still interested in attending the University of Florida<http://www.ufl.edu/> but willing to consider another academic path please remember that the College of Public Health and Health Professions<http://www.phhp.ufl.edu/> continues to offer a Masters of Public Health program that may be of interest. Information on this program can be found at http://www.mph.ufl.edu.
Another option at the University of Florida<http://www.ufl.edu/> is the College of Education's Mental Health Counseling program. Information on this program can be found at http://www.coe.ufl.edu/Counselor/Academics/mhc.php.
